Description: This talk will describe brain energy metabolism changes that may contribute to Alzheimer’s disease pathology and how nutrition may be used to target this impairment. We will discuss the emerging science behind creatine and brain health and our recent clinical pilot trial that investigated creatine supplementation in patients with Alzheimer’s disease.
