Date: Thursday, December 4, 2025
Time: 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm
Description:
This one-hour interactive workshop explores the importance of self-care as an essential practice for long-term well-being, rather than a quick fix or occasional treat.
Participants will learn about the physiological and emotional impacts of prolonged stress and how it can quietly erode resilience over time. Together, we’ll discuss realistic and sustainable self-care strategies that can be integrated into daily life, supporting harmony, energy, and emotional health. Through reflection and practical exercises, attendees will leave with personalized tools to make self-care a consistent, meaningful part of their lifestyle.
