- Memory loss affecting daily activities.
Example: repeating oneself (sometimes in the same conversation); forgetting more often (especially recent events). - Difficulty performing routine tasks.
Example: difficulty with planning, solving problems, organizing, or reasoning. - Difficulty with language.
Example: mixing up words, forgetting simple terms, making difficult to understand sentences, inventing words, or withdrawing oneself from conversation to avoid making mistakes. - Disorientation in space and time.
Example: getting lost in known places, mistaking or not recognizing the current season. - Decrease in judgement.
Example: dressing inappropriately, making unnecessary purchases, or making inappropriate comments. - Abstract concepts become difficult.
